Hi everybody, i am quite new kali community Is it normal for a faster laptop like this I am experiencing an annoying problem with kali 1.0.6

When i am not connected to the internet, opening a terminal takes quite a while I am running kali on dual boot in a reasonably faster gaming laptop and its boot and shutdown takes 1.4 to 3 minutes everytime. When connected, it is opening almost instantly.

We used both xp and windows 7

I modified the script to make it work thad0ctors on kali.it works in every part, thad0ctor's generates password hashes computing, generates phone numbers ,mixes word list. Setting up rpi 3 b i'm really not sure where to post this, as it seems more like a general linux question but for me it pertains to kali Sources file seems to have bad urls or something. I don't know how to fix.

Greetings, from kex manager menu, i can setup local server and then start server for user kali but not for user root If i select user root, i get “server already started!”.
